Getting Grätzel to Market

Dye sensitized solar cells (developed by Michael Grätzel and Brian O’Regan) are fascinating devices that offer potentially cheap solar-generated electricity. If only they could be commercialized! And that’s been the sticking point for two decades. According to an article in MIT Technology Review, there’s reason to hope that the day is coming in the foreseeable future:
