Generating Electricity From Viruses

In Batteries, technology on May 14, 2012 at 5:14 pm

We’ve already seen viruses that self-organize into batteries (created by Angela Belcher of MIT), and many of us with kids have bought sneakers with inorganic piezo-electric transducers that change foot-falls into electricity to light up LEDs.
