Printing Single-Crystal Films

In last week’s post on a solar cell on paper substrate, I mentioned that the cell was not being printed, but was vapor-deposited. Now I find a short article about people at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science & Technology (Tsukuba, Japan), using ink-jet technology to print quality semiconductors.
