Crash testing an Easter egg

University of Nottingham researchers apply their physical testing tools to Cadbury Easter eggs. They are surprisingly robust in the face of rapid deceleration.

The researchers don’t mention the temperature of the eggs, which (as candy egg eaters know) makes a tremendous difference in stiffness. Assumed to be room temperature.
