Meditation changes your brain

It is not just changing your mind — mindfulness meditation also changes your brain.

Meditating makes measurable changes in brain regions associated with memory, sense of self, empathy, and stress in as little as 8 weeks, according to a new study in the Jan. 30 issue of Psychiatry Research: Neuroimaging.
